I drew this with markers then I used Photoimpression to get rid of the "marker marks" lol. Then I put in a fancy border. This one is my best one yet. I said that about the other one but I swear this one's better. Its too bad there's only 2 days left for this contest. I could've spent hours upon hours drawing something and it still wouldn't be perfect. But that's ok as long as I keep coming up with better ideas. Although this one's not as Halloweenish as the other ones (besides the black cat and the orange buildings)
