Here is a shaded version of my previous submission. I also made the vector skyline frame background & put a lot more extra time in. I have a larger file of this, as well as the Illustrator file.

As mentioned before, she is a model & this is her halloween outfit. Her dress is grinning jack-o-lantern inspired. She has a bit of a cold attitude but is strong and mysterious, the way I know New York. I work in fashion so she represents my personal experience in the city. Though drawing in a "cute" style was a challenge, but fun!
