This is my entry for the NYAF Contest :D

Anime/Japan: Well, she's drawn in an anime style first of all. Second, she's got Japan's flag on her hat. She's named Kiyoko Mizushima. She has big boots ^^

NY: I'd say I've got a good amount of New York in here. The background is of some sky scrapers (and a broadway sign). She's got American Flag tights, and the buckles on her boots are red, white and blue also.She's got taxi stripes on her arms, and her hair clip has a green, red, and yellow lights on it.

Halloween: She's a witch! Not a classic, but a witch indeed. The sky in the background gives off a halloween feel, accompanied by some bats. Her outfit is pulled together by an enormous hat that, even I don't know how it stays on :D
