This is my challenge entry for 1dev13's challenge called "TOO KAWAII!!!". ^^
He is a blue neko boy....and I was attempting a different style so....yeah, I definitly need to work on it more! Especially the shines and stuff....actually just everything! XD

I also have another blue neko boy thing that I drew a while back (2008 I think) but I don't think I ever posted it....XD I must really like the color blue then (for nekos?)! Hahaha...idk
