Name : Eduard Raymond ( kinda default name though... )
Age : 23... ( but in this pic is the chibi version.)
Job : A sniper, and a librarian.
Hair : As you can see... silver and white.

He uses half glasses/ a monocle ( am i writing this correctly ? )
A leader of a group called the rising stars.
He's British and he lives his life on discipline.
He's basically a sniper , He enjoys a good cup of tea and he enjoys a night with lots of stars.
He likes to dream about peace and he likes to wish other people also have a nice dream~
