Ahhhhhh I remember renting this from the movie store when I was little, and getting freaked out by it. Such a strange anime! But it had aliens and rollerblades and cute shoujo elements, so what the hellll.
I drew some fanart for this before... like 5 years ago here! I thought I'd give it another try.
