You see, I was drawing a picture of Mello and Matt using Paint Tool SAI. In Paint Tool SAI there is a thingy called the scratchpad. It's a little box where you can test out the colours or brushes or strokes or whatever you want. Since I was doing a picture of Mello at the time so in the scratchpad I doodled a little Mello who said "I'm watching you!" After a while I looked back at the little Mello and decided he needed an eye patch and I pirate hat, but you see, Mello doesn't like being dressed up as a pirate because he isn't one! XD
