She's been in my computer folders for a couple of months now, and I finaly decided that I should finish her design and what not up. OuO

The only problem is that I am really REALLY horrible at picking out colours, and I'd really appreciate it if you could give me suggestions.

I realize I should really be doing this as a challenge, but I'm not qualified to create one yet... :
