My long forgotten OC, Michelle. She was my first OC test-coloured in Photoshop wayyy back in 2008. Her hair was much shorter during then.
I got the BG from a free online photo editing website, Picnik>> try it!. Brushes: Tombots by, Divide by Zero. Line art & colour in SAI.
