Here's the character I was talking about in my world. :I Like I said, I don't really like her design right now because she looks really... boring and typical semi-gothic-ish loli-ish. :I
I'm still drawing alternative designs of her, so I'll post them when I draw them. xD Eventually, I'll come up with a definite design. :)

Here's some info about her:

Name: Shinitsu (Random. xD)
Age: 14

She is a recurring character in my comic Dreams, but not as important of a character as Ms. Marigold, Luli, or Alcott.
Alcott first meets Shinitsu when Luli sends Alcott a letter to meet her friend Shinitsu. She describes Shinitsu as "a pleasant girl with a delightful smile", although Luli was being slightly sarcastic, trying to make a joke.

Shinitsu appears to by cynical or devious, but she is completely un-evil and talks in modern-English (unlike many of the other characters in Dreams). She is possibly the only character to use contractions (I'm, we're, don't...) in her dialouge. She also is hugely sarcastic, but never lies.
Shinitsu's expression makes minimal changes: She will always have the same smile on, but things such as sweatdrops and blush lines will indicate a change in expression.
Shinitsu also has a simple-minded way of seeing the world, and only sees the obvious. She lacks the ability to think into perspective or understand another person's opinion. When there's a problem, she solves it in the simplest way possible, even if another, more difficult alternative is much more effective.
Shinitsu always carries a teddy bear, but not always the same one. She doesn't talk to it either; she just carries it because she thinks it's cute.
Shinitsu lives in an abandond mansion located somewhere in Dreams.
She enjoys re-decorating her room often.
She appears to be fond of Alcott and considers him a friend.

Her design and some of her personality came to me in a dream. xD I decided later that I would use her in my story, Dreams. :D
