That's Isaiah, and his little brother Joseph.

they're both from the same clan or 'group' as Damian and Alto are from, though not from the immediate family, so therefore not as important as Damian and Alto are(they're treated as prince's)

but Isaiah is given the title of 'healer', meanings he's pretty much the doctor.

Though it doesn't seem like it, in human years he would be 800 years old.

well, there was once a horrible epidemic plaguing all of the vampire race, mostly effecting the young, and poor Joseph had been one of those infected. They were finally able to take control of it and prevent the others from contracting it. There were thousands of fatalities before it was stopped, and Joseph was one of them.
