I kinda sorta wish I had done this on a higher resolution. OTL

This only took two days, to my surprise. I've wanted to do Soviet Moskva for awhile. (which as you might have guessed is completely different from the current Moskva)

The blood running down into the flag concept was also an idea I've had for quiet awhile, and I'm glad I could put it into this picture. I had people look at this picture when it was a wee little WIP; and they said to add buildings or something, which I was considering. In the end, I didn't add to much from the WIP, as I thought adding the colors and rain made the picture. I was looking for a simplicity-impact kind of picture, I just hope I didn't abuse the use of negative space, apposed to the positive space.

My first time doing rain went rather well in my opinion. Since I use SAI paintool exclusively, I don't have all the fancy filters like photoshop users posses to do cheat-rain. (*shot*)

I think my playing-around ended rather well. The rail still bugs me a bit, but it was a learning experience. Which is what counts.
