My Bleach OC Tempest Kotone. I drew a picture of her last year and decided to color it on Photoshop CS5, just to play around with the layer styles and stuff. It was really fun, and I enjoyed it. ^^ It turned out pretty neat, if I do say so myself. I hope you like it as well.
