This was a piece I made for a greeting card scholarship. I don't think I'm going to win though because it's for a card company and looking through what type of cards they sell I think mine is a little too much on the childish side :/ Either way the scholarship is worth $10,000 so why not at least give it a shot, right?

My inspiration for the character styles came from all of the Sunday funnies I have read since I was a kid. I really like these two, I think they're adorable. My favorite are the purple overalls. :P
