France, America, Austria, and Russia are my favorite characters :P
I was going to do more for the background but I was lazy and he was already a busy subject. Next to America, France is one of the most entertaining characters from Hetalia. Tour de force is French for "feat of strength"

My file size was too big so I had to convert the image to a JPEG image, practically ruining it... Does anyone know how to resize the file size of a PNG image? I couldn't figure it out.
