Dro san, surprise SURRISE!!

I really REALLY hope I got Feliciano's new eyes right, and since he's no longer an embodiment of North Italy and is now a Federation of Russia, I draw him in an Ivan-like outfit and yes, the SCARF. And the SNOW. He's also wearing his usual blue/black uniform underneath that thick clothing. Sorry for the tears though, I just felt like it *shot* Still, I really REALLY hope you'll like this, Dro san~!
