OK so here is Shiro! He is an oc that belongs to Nerrrr XP and he was supposed to be normal but then he killed me so I decided to draw a chibi instead :D I dont know about the crappy background XD you know I dont like them XD but I still had the "sail boat thing" on my head XDDDDD
