I like drawing chibis for myself and not for other people. xD I think it defintiely makes the picture more enjoyable to draw.
But the coloring on this one is a little... eh. Haha. I used Picnik again because even though it's harder to use than colored pencils, it's kinda fun. :9

Soo here is classic lolita~ I didn't come up with this entire outfit, by the way. I found some designs online. ;)
