Hm. I don't exactly know what the title is referring to. Maybe it's because this picture doesn't look exactly perfect..... Hahaha.
I think the leg tights look pretty funky, but whatever. It's over and done with.

Anyways, here's Rue from Princess Tutu! I drew her in a variation of her usual ballet outfit. Personally, I prefer her regular outfit more, so that's unfortunate. Haha.

And for some reason, only one eye is showing. I thought it looked more dramatic that way. o_O
