For hanawa <3. The art trade we started like, before the summer. But I finally got the pic up! As requested: Arthur Kirkland from Hetalia :). It was a fun pic to make, though it took a long time to photoshop for such a simple outline. Anyway, I love how mysterious it turned out. The title is in reference to the dragon (and skull) canes. Something isn't quite right about them, maybe it's the red glowing eyes. I tried to go with a war theme for most of the canes (skull, globe, gun, grenade).
