Saw this Meme on Deviantart and couldn't resist doing it--and get this--DONE IN THREE HOURS.

My necks hurts so much LOL But it was fun to do in any case~

But yeah, these are my favorites JUST from Generation 1--I plan on doing one for every generation.

Bug-- Venonat. It was a very close run between Venonat and Parasect, since I adore them both, but I've loved Venonat for longer and there's more memories with that

Dark-- YOU SILLYS. There are no dark types in generation 1 8'D

Dragon-- Dragonite. I mean come on guys, it's dragonite. Not a lot to chose from Gen1 for this type anyway.

Electric-- Raichu. I ADOOOREE RAICHU. It's just so cute and orange and fantastic 8'DDD Besides, I feel Pikachu has too much love.

Fighting-- Primape. I've always loved Primape <33 That and Hitmonlee, but Primape is so fluffy and angry XD

Fire-- Charmeleon. Not a huge fan of fire types in general, but Charmeleon was always an exception for me. And as with Pikachu, Charizard gets too much attention for my taste~

Flying-- Pigeot. Not a big fan of flying types, either, but Pigeot has a special place in my heart for being my baby Pidgy that I raised to awesomeness in two games.

Ghost-- Gengar. Only three ghost types in Gen 1, and I thought about it with Haunter, but then I decided I really do enjoy Gengar better, probably because he's stalky and a little chubby and it's cute XD

Grass—Venosaur. No one competes with Venosaur ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He’s totally hardcore. Even in later Generations he remains to be one of the best grass types EVER.

Ground—Cubone. I have a very special place in my heart for Cubone, being the first Pokemon I ever saw, when I bought a pack of cards in Utah when Pokemon was just starting to get popular. He is super adorable!

Ice—Lapras. Well it was either Lapras or Cloyster (I don’t know, I feel really hardcore whenever I have a Cloyster ) but I decided I needed to draw those curly ears and not worry about all those layers on Cloyster XDD

Normal—Radicate. Man, Normal types were the hardest to choose from out of all the rest. On my roster there was Likitung, Persian, Radicate, Porygon, Ditto, and Clefable. I don’t normaly like normal types but Gen 1 has the best of them~ Though I love the others just as much, I had to do Radicate. No one seems to like them, but I adore Radicates, not really sure why but whenever I get a game I always have to have a Radicate on it : )

Poison—Gloom. My favorite type of Pokemon, and I was THINKING about Arbok and Muk cause I just love them~~ But then I remembered little Gloom, who for some reason steals my heart with its little drooly derp face. it’s evolutions fallow and similar pattern and Oddish is cute also, but Gloom is the awkward betweener, which I can relate to, and I’ve always loved Pokemon that are not just cute or really cool.

Psychic—Slowbro. Another hard one for me, but in the end it was Slowbro. Another derpy Pokemon that I just love. For the longest time I thought he was just Water type but NO WAY. And what a powerhouse these things are, much better that Slowking. And they’re PINK <3333 And have little claws and teeth and AWWW

Rock—Rhydon. I was thinking about doing Golem, since I like them, but I realized I’ve never had a Rhydon and I’ve always wanted one~~ And they’re really awesome. Like a rocky dinosaur with a drill for a horn~

Steel—Magnemite. There are only TWO steel types in Gen 1…… And to tell you the truth, the only reason I didn’t do Magneton is because I didn’t feel like drawing all three heads :9

Water--- Wartortle. This was a no-brainer. A fluffy turtle?! :’DDDD SOOO CUUUTEEE. And again with the little teeth and claws. I always feel bad when I evolve my Wartortle, because I love them so much and they lose they’re fluffy cuteness. I don’t know how they pull it off but somehow Wartortle remains tough-looking while having a cloud tail~
