Happy Valentine’s Day!

I was lamenting a few months ago that I hadn’t had the chance to draw these two around Halloween, and then thought, “Hey, Valentine’s Day is coming up...why not?” So here’s the somewhat creepy-looking yet absolutely adorable couple of Shinra and Celty for you to enjoy

Since anyone unfamiliar with Durarara!! may be wondering – Celty is a Dullahan, and therefore doesn’t have a head. She’s so lovable though – my favorite female anime character, no contest.
