Third submitting *feels accomplished* I can't remember the last time I submitted three fan arts in a row (or three anything.)

Just a cute sketch that I had on my computer and decided to color it. x3 I don't know why, I kind of had Hetalia in mind while I colored her. And you can probably tell... But it's mostly just the white dot things...

'oTZ I swear, one of these days I will actually submit something that was recently drawn and not something that's been sitting on my computer for like a year... Also, I swear I'll start on the 10 sketch thing....

Oh yeah, she was my OC for a rp (Perfect World) but then she was just a bit depressing and hard to post as so I dropped her (but I still do like her design a lot x3)
