YAY! I finally uploaded this.
Well I made the background transparent this time, to give it something different? And also because I had many lines around it and it looked a little messy. ^ ^''

I was, again, at school and was like "hmm what to draw.. Don't feel like drawing anime this time... I should draw a MAN!!" Yes guys this is a man, he is male. Guys can wear eyeliner too. :D
Also this style of guy was indeed inspired by the members of the band "the GazettE" ^_^ I like their music. ;D
I'm also practicing on drawing traditional people without looking at reference. X3

The name? welp my Papa was looking at my pictures laying around and was like "I like the winged messenger." I didn't know what he was talking about until I came over to the pile and noticed that this one was the only one with wings. XD
