I keep making designs of this pokemon...which is funny seeing as it's not even on my B/W team or anything.

This particular design though is about a year old. I drew some roughs last summer of the outfit and then just got around to revamping/redrawing it in April. And now it's colored.

Background is lame, but there was no real room to draw it traditionally and I wasn't even sure where to put her.

Making her gel arms was probably the biggest pain.
