This here is Arlon the Serene, from Kid Icarus Uprising. Seriously, if you haven't played it yet, plan to do so as soon as possible.

Arlon is the swag-ridden, butler-like commander of the Forces of Nature. His demeanor is as cool as his mustache. For real. That. Mustache. Grrgh. He will poke somebody's eye out with that thing one of these days, and the poor soul will apologize of getting his eye stuck on it.
