I know it's not really original but I really wanted to draw Raikou with Volkner for the year of the tiger.

I chose Volkner because of his love for electric types and Raikou was perfect for it. Volkner was a pain to draw because I drew his head too low and I had planned on drawing the full body but by the time I got to his legs I knew I wouldn't have enough space....TT-TT so I had to give up on the whole "whole body" Volkner and decided to cut off his feet XD
