I heard some fireworks out side my house and so it gave me this idea, and I know that the Japanese have some sort of summer festival with fireworks.

Jessie wanted to take Dewey to a festival! :) I've made a few sketches of various things they could be doing ^^ I'm so wierdly chuffed with the fish, I just am for some reason, and I like how Jessie's kimono came out.
