I've been feeling a lot like this recently. I wish I could gain wings and go and fly around and travel, I don't feel like I belong where I am right now, I mean it's lovely place to live it's just that I've never fitted in and I'd like to go traveling and be free without a care in the world so that is what this drawing is about. I chose to draw phoenix wings because a. my hair is red and a my favourite colour and b. because the phoenix symbolises rebirth and that's what I'd too do, and I hopefully will when I go to university but I'm not sure if I can because I'm a young carer and I can't just leave my mum and gran behind without thinking about how they will cope without me there to help.

I have got some bird drawings I would like to upload but the scans didn't turn out well so I'll try and get better quality scan for them because I thought they were quite good, even my art tutor thought they were good and she hates me ^^'
