Okay, so this is Tanner as the Anarchist. He's quite different and yes, he is a terrorist/bomber of Team Rocket, Aqua, Galactic, and Plasma and he destroys buildings from a living since he escaped Team Rocket's experimental labs 8D

He's um... insane. Just plain insane xD He has an IQ of 145 (Yes, Lux is still way smarter than he is~) and he's... well an idiot but smart xD

He is such a complex character, but he is so much fun to write for! I hope you all in PGR will enjoy him later on xDD
