I decided the draw my OC Peter again! For everyone that doesn't know Peter is blind and is one of the most sarcastic OC's that I have created before. His expression that I gave him in this looks like he is waiting for Eon (ChiPolVee's Espeon Gijinka) to say something back to him. This was done all digitally.
