for a chibi, i obviously spent waaayyyy too much time on kouen's hair.. but it's fabulous! ಥ▽ಥ kouen you sexy beast.

i was gonna draw more characters from the kou empire, but i don't have the time nor resources to do so.. maybe for the next convention. T-T
