Ta dah! A Mermaid :)
This is dedicated to you Kachi!
From seeing your new submissions, I was inspired to draw her ^^
I first sketched her in pencil, then colored her with color pastels and then scanned her.

I actually like the way she turned out, but I wish I could had done better on conveying emotions into her eyes. They aren't expressive enough... But I'm going to practice on that ^^

Also there is this weird line thing on her right side and I want to get rid of it but I can't because it's from the scanner's doing.
