First trial drawing with Copics, and except for the fact that I needed correction fluid for the eye highlight, it turned out okay! I think.
They are SO fun to work with, but I almost was too scared to use them on account of their expensiveness... and I learned the hard way that the pencil sketch won't erase if you use the Copics over it cuz of the permanency of the ink. And they really WERE low-odor, I only smelled them a little when I leaned in really close to do details. "What details? It's Ed in a random blue shirt." There are details. ORZ
I was tempted to draw Al but went for Ed just because. And I'd have added the little leftover bits of his automail housing but I didn't have a gray marker, so yeah. *is saving for more six-packs*
ORZ The paper was so thin (it was more for sketching and rendering than actual final products), so I put some random papers underneath it while I was coloring so it wouldn't bleed. I would've kept it in the pad but I tore it out and put it in the front of my binder *showoff gets brick'd*
