I drew this for an art contest that was hosted by Crunchyroll and WayForward.

I had to rush and get this done before the deadline, but I was still about 30 min late, thanks to my computer freezing every few minutes. In retrospect, I shouldn't have drew this picture in 7000+ pixels, but the good thing is that the line-art turned out nice and thin.

Because I rushed to get it done, the background for the initial version I submitted looked....rushed. So even though the contest is over, I decided to re-draw the background and add a few more details.

The whole reason for the contest was to promote Wayforward's next game Shantae: Half-Genie Hero. They reached $376,084 past their required goal, so congrats to them!
