This picture is for an art trade that I did with Suika. She requested a picture of her OC, Darmien.

It was a little tricky coming up with what he should be doing. There was only one reference picture of him, so I didn't have a whole lot to go on. I asked Suika about the character, and she said he likes trees. Bingo! Gotta ad a tree in there.

I hope I did OK. Darmien has so many little details in his outfit, and I don't think I included them all. And I don't think I have ANY colored pencils that match his color scheme. So I worked with what I had. And yes, I'm aware how off the shading/shadows are.

So, I hope you like this, Suika. I know my art pales in comparison to yours. I mean you're selling stuff at CONS for goodness sake! I can only dream of that.

Darmien belongs to yummy suika. Art belongs to me. I'm afraid I'm not going to make this one available for wallpaper/card use because it's not my character. That is, unless yummy suika gives me the go-ahead. And she did. It's available now.
