So this is Cecil the voice of Welcome to Night Vale radio. A fake radio broadcast where it follows the events in a fictional town in a desert where strange things are part of the norm.
I really enjoy it and I wanted to draw Cecil.
This is how I imagine him, its not really clear of what he looks like. Some fan artists draw him as pale usually with white or blonde hair and purple eyes. Sometimes with tattoos and glasses. I thought sun glasses suited him and I guess his eyes are purple too.
