I've loved the Faramir/Eowyn pairing ever since I took 'Tolkein and Fantasy' as my major authors class for my English Lit Bachelors' Degree. (Yeah, it was an awesome class.) I have a layout planned for how Peter Jackson could've done the whole thing between them; maybe someday I'll actually sit down and focus enough to draw it. I mean, he wants to include some romance in his movies; hey, here's one, but instead he gave Arwen way more of a part than she had in the book and Faramir/Eowyn got shuffled into the extended edition.
Anyway, Eowyn seems like she'd be a bit of a tsundere; I mean, she's been raised in the whole Viking-ish, warrior culture with mostly men and naturally she falls for the first hero that she meets. But since he's already taken and he probably never gave her a serious thought anyway, she gets all tough-girl mopey until her heart is softened and she falls for Faramir, who is a cool hero in his own right. I'm really glad the metallic blue gel pen I used for her starry mantle came out so well; I don't really have easy access to a scanner anymore so am having to rely on photographing my work.
