I've been in an artsy mood lately. As in, too excited about my upgrade (which I still have not installed, shockingly) to put the pen tablet down.

I decided to try an underwater scene... the streaming light comprised most of the experimentation in this picture, other than the actual effort to compose a background. Does an obscure castle count? Though I did also try different, stylistic techniques that you can't really see well (adding extra shine on her lips, the tip of her nose, her right shoulder... crap, the shine's at the wrong angle, woopie for me /brick'd).

I know, she doesn't really look like a princess... but the fact that her tail's a vibrant, solid color denotes that. Oh, and the arm band and bracelet. Can't forget the princessy accessories.
