This is my gen 2 giji Phillip the Phanpy! I dont see a lot of Phanpy gijinkas anywhere o__o

Phil is an airhead and is all bubbles, sunshine, kittens and rainbows out his ass. Like he beats Delin on the happy scale which is saying a lot if you know Del. Phillip likes to toot his trunk and stuff when he's happy and he's always swinging his arms and just strides with happiness xD
