So here is a basic full body of Luci so you can understand what he generally wears, that outfit is his more casual look.

Its pretty common to see him wear like Women's shirts, pants, and accessories. Yes he is gay and 'slightly' flamboyant and he does like womens clothing, but you'll never see him in a skirt or dress, he doesnt like those. I just likes how cute girls clothing can be and how snuggy the pants are. He does wear mens shoes simply because he has big feet and he hates heels
