I was thinking on drawing Elsa, but Alice had been my favorite disney character for AAGES, and I love the Alice In Wonderland and Alice through the glass books.
So I thought on doing the genderbender of Alice, and that's how that cute boy was created! His name's Allen.

Done in 3 hours with both SAI and Photoshop.
