This week I decided to do an experiment; do my lineart on paper and then see if I can get half-decent colour digitally through merged layers. It kinda turned out, but my pencil lines didn't show up dark enough through the scan. I either have to use B or 2B pencil next time, or dig my scanner out of the garage instead of using my Dad's really inconsistent one lol. That or I'll just ink it digitally. I'm still better for consistency of proportions on paper, and its easier on my eyes since I spend less time staring at my monitor.
