A bumbling wanderer with some connection to "the Gifted", a feared race of people who have special powers. Hikari is usually air-headed but harmless, preferring to grin and bear what others throw at him rather than pick a fight (thus he's often covered in band-aids); however, there are times when he suddenly becomes fearful and aggressive.
