Look Neilly!! I made LEGS! XD

Another full body for my Ghost collection! this time, it's Chandler's time to shine! ^^
He is the character I'm using for Poke Village Connect, Pennguin's RP world!
He holds cards in his hands because he is a fortune teller, and those are his beloved Tarots~ I know he looks more like a magician, but he's not XD
