"What!? She submitted a fan art?" They exclaimed. Yes I did. And I'm sorry for not submitting something for awhile. Truth be told I have a lot of personal things I'm dealing with at the moment but I promise to submit more art soon.

Well I FINALLY got this done! And just in time for the challenge too. This drawing is my 2nd entry in Toyo's "Traditional Showcase" fan art challenge.

Well this is Rainbow Mermaid, yes her tail is based on Johan Anderson's Rainbow Dragon. Yes there is a story that goes with this mermaid which I promise to tell later if anyone would like to hear it.

This piece is a traditional art first drawn in pencil, then inked in with pen, and colored with Crayola colored pencils. It was hard to color this to make it look like it was "underwater". Truth be told I think I about broke my blue colored pencils coloring the water. It took about an hour to color. And I'm actually happy with how it turned out. I did my best. :)
