This drawing actually no longer exists - I added a wash for the background and while it is decently cool in person, it looks objectively terrible in photo. Luckily I took this one beforehand, though I hadn't erased the guidelines...the joys of drawing without Ctrl-Z.
People keep saying that charcoal is difficult because it's messy, but I find ink 100x messier. So prone to spillage.
I chose to use ink because I thought the dry brushing mark would be nice for the shadows.
