I decided to draw a pic with a background for once.I want to try doing this more often...although now I need to work on cleaning it up...;orz

I love love love on top of the moon in Majora's Mask. It is the most beautiful area in a video game. It is super simple, but the build up to this point, the mysterious masked children, it creates a brilliant atmosphere. I wanted to express that feeling without the children, though, and make it more personal to Link and his adventure because it does feel a bit empty have these children talk down to you, children you never saw before.

Also Link's association with the Deku Tree and then the tree on the moon I thought was nice and I wanted to also have this nostalgic feel of him being kokiri.
