I get where you're coming from. Like, they didn't make the character, so how can they say that they don't look that way. That's happened to me before. I drew a picture of my character, because someone was curious what she looked like, and I showed it to them. And - get this - they actually said, "You drew her wrong."
I've been wanting to see Parika for awhile now,
but I just never have the time.
Someone did upload the full movie on Youtube,
but of course, knowing my luck, the sound was out of sync. :|
I just CAN NOT watch something that is out of sync!
Wowie! If they can build a machine that can capture images in a person's mind, then maybe one day, we can record dreams!
Sorry, but I've always wanted to see dreams for real.
Think of all the possibly films that can be made!
Course, I'm probably getting too excited over this.
It might not be possible, at least not in my lifetime. :S
yeah that's the thing that happen when there are no pictures of the characters for the readers to see.
We all have different ideas of what each description means/describes...so it happens a lot. When my sis and i share our stories with one another, we always have different opinions on how our characters should look like...
This reminds me...last night my art professor said that scientists are working on capturing images in your head, so if you could imagine/see in your head, they could capture it like a photograph. when i think about that...it kinda scares me a bit...
thanks for sharing your comic again ^^ I always enjoy them :)
I never thought of it that way.
I guess it IS kinda good that they can also visualize(sp?) my characters. Trust me, I am not all that graet with details. :S
But it's rather interesting that they have such a strong mental picture of your character. That's a compliment to you as an author. Well, a compliment accompanied by a backhand but still...

@TrueStory:
Well it was by donation and I had two bucks on me. I don't carry a lot of cash because it's easier to track my spending when I use my card.
