Pixiv is like that, which is annoying, but it's also one of those websites where you probably should join if you do want to do that sort of thing ('cause almost every picture is in it's highest quality and original quality, not need to get any scans)...But I find that stuff really annoying...

Or on those scan stuff websites that you can only download so much...I mean, sometimes I save pictures that I have a physical copies of in the books that I have bought, but I like seeing them on my computer, too...;m;

Happened to me once... someone posted a link for somesuch and I clicked to view it, but apparently you had to be a member of the board to view it, and you could only become a member if you were invited by a current member, so @_o Yeah. I said forget it.

But I hear ya. Sometimes I find funny or amazing pictures and I just save them to look at them later. I don't do anything except look at them... maybe play with them in Photoshop, but I certainly don't put them anywhere else on the internet. Wouldn't be right.

Heck, I think I've got at least one folder full of pictures from Memebase XD

Maybe the NSA was afraid you might save a picture of a bomb to your computer.
